Here at TRIO Eyecare each pair of eyeglasses is custom made to order and we are happy to service all our products as well as guarantee their quality and workmanship. TRIO Eyecare provides a limited warranty for purchase that protects against manufacturer defects in products associated with normal wearing conditions. Abuse or loss is not covered by this warranty. Warranties are only in effect at the original date of service and not extendable. Please note that warranties are available only as the manufacturer policies permit and do not apply to lenses such as safety, RayBan Meta, Neurolenses, Nuance, or twelve84.
We do not offer refunds but can re-style you within 30 days. If customers upgrade frame or lenses, the customer will pay the difference. There is a minimum fee of $25 to restyle per occurrence.
TRIO Eyecare will honor a doctor Rx change or non-adapt within 1 year following the original date of service. Subsequent changes will incur additional charges. No refund will be given for the price difference in products. (Note: Neurolens Rx changes or non-adapts will be honored within 120 days only.)
There are no refunds on contact lenses. Contact lenses may be exchanged within 90 days of purchase if the product is not opened or damaged. Exchange and refund does not apply to specialty contacts.
